We stayed here for 6 days and truly enjoyed the impeccably clean hotel with the perfect location close to the center of town.

The hotel was perfectly clean with attentive staff and delicious breakfast. The location was perfect, to the beautiful lake of agios nikolaos, it's a plus. The room was tastefully decorated and well-appointed, especially a splendid view from the window😃😃

The Palazzo is family owned and operated. All the personnel including the owners and especially the hostess (unfortunately I forgot to ask her name) were very kind and helpful. We have been welcomed with home made Kira. We were serve all sorts of home made goodies at each breakfast (pastries, cakes, ... and even the honey which is produced by the family on the Island in front of Agios Nikolaos). Everything was delicious!

Nothing to complain about, except maybe the fact that it is too far from Canada and we may not have to chance to return to this place.

Amazing hotel, amazing owner - her name Popi - she knows everything about everything in Ayos Nikolaos and around, she has the best recommandation about restaurats. the apartments are great. the best location in Ayos Nikolaos on the beach.

The staff here are very attentive, and the location is perfect, close to the town center; the bed was comfortable, the room was bright, and the view was spectacular.

The Hotel is near the beach and very close to shops, restaurants. Situated beautifully. The family who run the hotel is very friendly and always helpful.

The staff really care about the guests. In my case, Popi (the manager) not only helped me get sunburn cream from the only pharmacy open on a Sunday, but she arranged a ride for me to airport when the taxi drivers went on strike.

After 8:30 in the morning, the street outside can get loud loud from buses and motorbikes.

The location in a shopping area was perfect and there were supermarkets and shops nearby. We dined at a good nearby restaurant with Greek dishes. the room was nicely decorated, especially a splendid view from the window. The privacy of having your own appartment. Poppi the owner was also excellent. She answered all our questions by email long before we arrived, sorted transfers and can't recommend enough. We will be back next year!
